I initially went to Peter for his assistance with feelings of fatigue, cholesterol increase, insomnia and inflammation in my body. Peter carried out a tongue and pulse assessment. He also analysed my diet and health history. From this assessment Peter provided me with an evaluation, personalised herbal medicine remedy, nutritional plan and advice on supplements. I noticed a remarkable change in my sleep pattern, energy levels and sense of wellbeing within the first week of taking the herbal medicine.  Peter is very experienced, informative and has a calm and approachable manner. I've seen alternative health practitioners for 40 years.  Rarely have I come across one who has such a broad wealth of knowledge that covers both Eastern and Western herbology, Chinese (and Ayurvedic) medicine, along with an understanding of the labs and drugs that Western medicine tends to use.  The pulses he takes and how he assesses a person by looking at the ears and both sides of the tongue, was eerily 100% accurate!  He was a kind and thoughtful listener, gave several options for a plan (cognizant that finances were not unlimited) , and followed up by email with extra information. I went to see Peter to clarify diet after being prescribed  cholesterol medication. Peter listened to my concerns and came up with ways to help reduce cholesterol, Peter also recommended a hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) test, which I did and am thankful for because it found that I am low/deficient in several essential minerals, but also found that there is low level arsenic and cadmium toxicity, both are carcinogenic. Peter provided a program for me to follow to detoxify. Peter also spent time in following up via email consolidating what was discussed in my appointment. Friendly welcoming atmosphere, Peter was very thorough and informative. Hair sample testing gave a lot of information that was explained well.  I liked that Peter was not pushy with taking supplements and was very conscious of the costs and willing to start small and work with me based on what I felt I could manage.
